Our approach
Donations to MB Trust are voluntary gifts and are generally non-refundable, as they are dispatched to field partners promptly to reach beneficiaries.
When refunds are considered
We will consider refunds in cases of duplicate transactions, clear administrative error, or where a donation was made by mistake, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction and funds have not yet been disbursed.
How to request a refund
Email info@mbtrust.org.uk with your donation reference, date, amount and reason. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Gift Aid on refunded donations
If a donation is refunded, any Gift Aid claimed on it will be repaid to HMRC.
Monthly donations
You can cancel a recurring monthly donation at any time by emailing us or via the Stripe receipt link. Future payments will be stopped immediately.
